The Program
Day 1: AI Demystified: Your New Super Assistant
Our first exercise will be about how to do simple research with prompt templates to try out.
We focus on practical applications relevant to executives. Each participant is invited to choose a major challenge they must overcome as a focus for all AI exercises throughout the Program
Day 2: Conquering Communication with AI
Hands-on workshop using AI tools for email drafting, report writing, and presentation creation.
Focus on clarity, conciseness, and impactful messaging.
Executives work on creating a report and converting it into a presentation in breakout rooms.
Then, draft an email that captures the information destined for a specific person.
We provide prompts and ideas for tools.
Day 3: Data-Driven Decisions with AI
We Demonstrate how AI can simplify complex data interpretation for better decision-making.
Focus on identifying key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
Day 4: Strategic Planning & Innovation with AI
Exploring AI tools for gathering market insights, identifying emerging trends,
and analyzing competitor strategies.
Then derive some innovative strategies from the data in the form of suggestions.
We provide prompts and processes to do this efficiently.
Day 5: Questions and Answers
On the final day, we'll answer your open questions from the week and revisit areas you need clarification.
